which I've not have known before

wandered up to the icy heights
Thunderstorm, thunder's whip
forced me on the ground
I gazed into the cataract
behind the scrubs, copse of birch
Where could she have vanished to?
Sleepless, unresting I am searching her
mute, murmuring she does not hear me
Over crags, mountains and heather moors
Thicket, thorns, darkness
I am searching for her, the white one, by night
searching for the glistening glow of the sky
